At Premier Leather, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify an order. This policy explains how order cancellations and modifications are handled for purchases made through our website.
Order Cancellation Before Processing
Orders can be canceled only before they have been processed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, once you receive the item, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect order selection, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order details, such as correcting your shipping address or updating order information, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Premier Leather is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Send the photos to our customer support team
If valid proof is provided within the required timeframe, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
