We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Method
All returns are processed by mail only.
At this time, we do not offer in-person or in-store returns for online purchases.
Return Shipping
- If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
- If a return is requested due to customer preference or incorrect order selection, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return an Item

Restocking Fee
Premier Leather does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refund Process

- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
